Communication grows through connection, care, and everyday moments

Every child has something to say and every parent wants to hear it!

If your child is finding it hard to express themselves, whether through words, sounds, or connection, you are not alone. At Links to Life, we offer speech and language support that feels calm, kind, and grounded in everyday life.

We use evidence-based approaches blended with play and familiar routines to help your child build communication that truly works; at home, in school, and in the world around them.
We focus on what matters most: helping your child express their needs, share their ideas, and connect with the people who love them. Communication should feel natural, meaningful, and part of your day, not something separate. And we are here for you, too.

We help parents feel confident and supported, so that you can guide your child through those everyday moments; the giggles, the quiet times, the questions, and the big feelings.

Together, let’s experience the joy of communication.

OUR SERVICES

What We Do

Speech and Language Assessment

We get to know your child using play, observation and tailored tools to understand their strengths and support needs.
With your input the assessment can focus on specific areas such as speech sounds, social communication listening skills or any other area affecting their communication and learning.
Families receive an NDIS-ready report with personalised targeted goals and practical strategies for home and school.

Speech and language therapy

Regular therapy sessions with a speech and language therapist help build your child’s communication skills, including speaking, listening, understanding language, and fluency.
Therapy may include visuals and Augmentative and Alternative Communication devices to support language development and access to communication.
Our team brings extensive experience working with children with disabilities including autism, hearing loss, and other developmental delays, across early learning centres, schools, our clinic, and online platforms.

Groups for Parents and Kids

Our small group sessions build communication and social interaction skills helping children learn to connect, share, and express themselves with peers in a supportive, real-life setting.
For parents interactive workshops empower you to build skills and confidence to support your child’s communication and school readiness using everyday routines, play, and meaningful connection.
If group sessions aren’t the right fit, we also offer personalised one-on-one parent coaching tailored to your child’s unique needs and goals.

Speech and Behaviour – Better Together

When children can’t express their needs, frustration can build, often showing up as challenging behaviour.

At Links to Life, we understand that behaviour and communication are deeply connected. That’s why we offer individualised speech and behaviour therapy programs to help children find their voice while building skills that develop emotional regulation.

Our Behaviour Clinicians and Speech Pathologists ensure a fully integrated therapy plan to help your child or teen communicate with confidence and engage more positively.
